"Following the Traditional Martial Arts Lineage but taking it into the 21st Century"
Being an ancient art form of Korea this is our “Traditional” class where you will learn entry combinations, proper kicking, throws, locks, pressure point strikes and much more!
Street adaptability is the focus.
 
This class is a Mixed Martial Art of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jujitsu, Kung Fu and Judo.

A martial discipline not too well known but seen in almost every top movie fight scene.
It incorporates the use of single and double sticks 28” in size. With the same movements learned you are then able to incorporate them into empty hand fighting and knife defense.  
Strikes, takedowns, locks and kicks are taught in these classes making them very Combative.
You don’t need a stick to defend yourself.  Any object can take its place.
 
  
Close Quarters Tactics starts with teaching students how to control an attacker using joint manipulation and nerve pressure, then adding on destructive striking and throws. C.Q.T. progresses from here using skills you acquired in the first two levels against various attacks, ranging from weapons attacks to multiple assailants. 
  
  
Known more commonly as “Pressure Points”, Kyusho is a study of Anatomy.  By understanding the human body’s natural ways of defending itself we are able to effect its systems; nervous, muscular, vascular and skeletal.  The strikes and grabs learned in our other classes become even more effective and devastating. 
  
This class teaches the principles needed in order to execute throws effortlessly.
There are seven categories of throws with approximately 50 variations.
You will learn how to execute a throw against various attacks.
  
Using a 56 Lock Flow Drill you will learn how to execute locks in various situations. Understand how dangerous joint manipulations can be. Learn how to apply a lock against a strike, punch, grab, choke; almost any attack.  Understand how to counter a lock.  The skills acquired in Combative Locks allow you to take a much larger opponent to the ground for control and submission.
  

Forms

Commonly referred to as “Kata” , "Hyung" or "Poomse",  Forms have been said to contain the “secrets” of self-defense. They are a set pattern of movements designed to build muscle memory and responsive actions.  Proper body structure is focused on as to build flexibility, strength and stability.  You will learn how one movement can be applied to different attack situations.
 

Martial Arts HIIT Circuit Workout

MA HIIT is an intense session of exercises using the movements taught in the Martial Arts Classes. Utilizing exercises focused on fast muscle twitch movements. You will get an Amazing full body workout that incorporates multiple striking and kicking combinations. Build stability, strength, increase speed, agility, and quickness, while working your core in order to maximize your power.

Take the fight to the ground!

By using proper technique and leverage a smaller, weaker person can successfully take a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant to the ground, and then by applying joint-locks and chokeholds, defeat the opponent.

BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or
self-defense. 

Sparring, commonly referred to as rolling, and live drilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance, especially in competition, in relation to progress and ascension through its ranking system.
